Article 1 - The publisher

Melmouk SAS with a capital of €1,000, headquartered at 160 Boulevard de la Madeleine, 06000 Nice, represented by Mathilde El Mouktafi, in her capacity as President, registered with the Nice Trade and Companies Register under number 987 625 514. Article 2 - The host

Both the Kresko's website and application are hosted by Scaleway whose headquarters if located at 8 rue de la Ville l’Evêque, 75008 Paris, France.

Article 3 - Site access

Our site is accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except in cases of force majeure or necessary interruptions for maintenance operations. We reserve the right to temporarily restrict access for maintenance purposes.

Article 4 - Data collection

We are committed to collecting and processing our users' personal information in compliance with French Data Protection Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of the European Union. In accordance with the law, each user can exercise their rights of access, rectification, deletion, and opposition by contacting us by email at contact@kresko-threads.com. We ensure that our users' data will not be sold or shared with third parties without their explicit consent.

Article 5 - Intellectual property

Any use, reproduction, distribution, commercialization, or modification of the content of the site and the Kresko software without the authorization of MELMOUK SAS is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action, in accordance with the French Intellectual Property Code and the French Civil Code.
